Cairo Road crash injured motorcyclist

A crash on Cairo Road Monday injured the driver of a motorcycle.

The crash happened just before 11:15 a.m. Monday at Cairo Road and Maxon Road. Concord Fire said they responded to a collision between an SUV and a motorcycle. The individual on the motorcycle was injured in the crash. That person was taken to a hospital for treatment.

It took about 45 minutes to clear the scene.
