Benton woman jailed after being found passed out in her vehicle

A Benton woman was arrested Saturday after she appeared to be passed out in her vehicle.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office was called to a Draffenville restaurant where 33 year old Courtney Thweatt was found in her vehicle with it still running.

Following a short investigation, Thweatt was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the inflience and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle.
