Barkley Regional Airport is looking for local artists

The Barkley Regional Airport Authority announced on Wednesday that they are looking for local artists to create original artwork for the new terminal.

They said the request is to all artists within a 50-mile radius of Barkley Regional Airport.

Officials said they would commission artwork for three locations throughout the newly built terminal building. The future locations throughout the public areas of the building will reflect the region’s appreciation for the visual arts. 

Any artists interested must submit the required materials by July 11 through www.CallForEntry.org.
