ATV crash in Marshall County sends Benton man to jail

A rollover crash in Marshall County involving an ATV sent a Benton man to jail.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Russell Gordon of Benton was driving an ATV when it overturned along Breezeel School Road. Deputies alleged that Gordon was under the influence at the time of the crash. 

Gordon was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and operating an off-road vehicle on land without consent.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
