Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center is pleased to welcome five interns to the organization for the spring 2022 semester.
“We love seeing how much our internship program has grown in just one semester, from three to five, including one returning from last semester,” said Staff Psychologist Dr. Brooke Jacobs.
CJ Blair-Winding, Lucy Calderon, Elaina Gilley, Destiny Hagan and Haley Scruggs will work alongside MHDCC advocates and staff as Spring interns.
As Legal Interns, Gilley and Hagan will work directly with court advocates within MHDCC’s Advocacy & Empowerment Department. In addition, Blair-Winding, Calderon and Scruggs have all joined the organization as Advocacy & Empowerment Interns.
All five students are currently studying at Murray State University.
