Firehouse Chili event raises more than $4,000

The Paducah Fire Department's Firehouse Chili lunch held last Friday raised $4075 for the United Way of Western Kentucky. 

This is $1200 more than last year's total of $2,875.

Paducah firefighters cooked the chili and helped serve; department heads provided funds to purchase supplies; and several businesses showed their community spirit by donating food, supplies, or funds.
