A blood drive in Paducah next week could score you some of the hottest concert tickets on the planet.
Baptist Health Paducah and Kentucky Blood Center are hosting a blood drive on June 5th and 6th and a lucky donor could be heading to Indianapolis to see Taylor Swift. The drive and the giveaway are designed to boost the supply of needed blood at a time of year when donations typically drop off. Summertime activities take donors out of their donation routine, but the need remains and often increases during the summer.
The Paducah drive will take place from 3-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5th, and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jun 6th at the Carson-Myre Heart Center in the Barnes Auditorium at 2501 Kentucky Ave.
Kentucky Blood Center said that all donors at the Paducah drive along with all those that give at KBC between now and June 29th will be entered for the Taylor Swift tickets. The winner will get tickets to The Eras Tour show on November 3rd in Indianapolis plus a $500 Visa gift card.
All donors will get a Taylor Swift-inspired t-shirt.
KBC suggests making a donation appointment by going to Kentucky - Donor Portal (kybloodcenter.org), although walk-ins are welcome.
