Marilyn Riley begins work as Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer of Baptist Health Paducah as of Jan. 30. She succeeds Sharon Freyer, who served as CNO since 2015.
The Indiana native has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, most recently as national director of patient and consumer experience at Ascension Health, a not-for-profit healthcare system in St. Louis.
Riley holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, among other degrees.
