Goreville (33-4) will head to Champaign for their state semifinal matchup with Lawrenceville on Thursday at 10 a.m.
The other semifinal will be Lanark Eastland vs. Chicago Marshall.
The third place game will be held Thursday night, and the Class 1A state final happens Saturday morning.
In Class 2A, the season ended for the Benton Rangers with a supersectional loss to Quincy Notre Dame, 55-36.
