The Lady Lakers (33-2) will tip off at 12:30 p.m. against Assumption (24-5).
A win would put them in the quarterfinals on Friday at 10 a.m. to face the winner of Henderson County (24-9) vs. Frederick Douglass (24-7).
Semifinals and the championship game will take place on Saturday.
