Kentucky State Police say they are investigating a home invasion in western Kentucky in which a 79-year-old Mennonite man was killed and his wife injured. A 4-year-old girl has been injured after authorities say she was accidentally shot by her 5-year-old brother in Trigg County. Average retail gasoline prices in Kentucky have risen 2.7 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.73 a gallon Sunday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,623 gas outlets in Kentucky. A company that makes vent-free gas heating appliances is relocating its China-based manufacturing facility to Bowling Green, creating 37 jobs.
