Budge Industries Expanding in Henderson

Average retail gasoline prices in Kentucky have fallen 1.7 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.43 a gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,623 gas outlets in Kentucky.
