Cannabis Dispensary to Open Soon in Metropolis

A new medical and recreational cannabis dispensary will be opening soon in southern Illinois.

Thrive Dispensary announced Wednesday it will soon be hiring to staff its newest adult use only dispensary in Metropolis. 

Thrive currently operates other Illinois locations in Anna, Harrisburg and Mt. Vernon. The company says the planned Metropolis location will be its largest dispensary.

The company says anyone interested in applying should email their resume to hr@thriveil.com. Preference will be given to Massac County residents.

Thrive did not give an exact date when the new dispensary will open.
