Oklahoma man arrested following Calloway County drug investigation

An Oklahoma man was arrested Monday on several drug offenses following an investigation in Calloway County.

Calloway County Sheriff's detectives executed a search warrant at a home on Spruce Street in Murray Monday afternoon. 

Authorities said they seized nearly 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately 0.5 ounces of cocaine, and $3,300 in cash suspected to be proceeds from illegal drug activity.

They said 31-year-old Milique D. Simmons of Oklahoma City, OK was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
