Murray man arrested in Marshall County

A Murray man was arrested in Marshall County Tuesday.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 33-year-old Michael Alonso II was arrested on Wadesboro Road North.  Investigators said Alonso destroyed evidence while interacting with deputies. Alonso was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and tampering with physical evidence.
