Five treated following two vehicle accident in Graves County

Five people were treated for injuries following a two vehicle accident in Graves County Wednesday afternoon.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said Thursday they were called around 12:30 pm Wednesday to the intersection of Southern Heights and KY 303 in reference to a two-motor vehicle collision.

The investigation determined a vehicle driven by 78-year-old Margaret Baldwin of Mayfield .was stopped at the intersection of Southern Heights and KY 303.  

Baldwin attempted to make a left turn from Southern Heights onto KY 303 when she turned into the path of another vehicle operated by 29-year-old Shyanne Pritchard of Wingo, who was traveling north on KY 303. Pritchard’s vehicle then struck Baldwin’s vehicle.

Pritchard and four children in her car were taken to Baptist Health-Paducah for treatment of non life threatening injuries while Baldwin was not hurt.
