Dexter man arrested on gun, drug charges

A Dexter man was arrested Wednesday night on gun and drug charges.

Deputies from Calloway County and Marshall County arrested 49-year-old Michael Bucy at a residence on Purdom Road on an indictment warrant that was issued last December. 

At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of multiple firearms and illicit drugs. Bucy was previously found guilty of drug-related charges in 2009 and 2017.

He was further charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.
