According to WPKY, Caldwell County deputies were called to the crash in the Cobb community where they determned that 17-year-old James Christie lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway, struck an embankment, and came to rest on its side.
Christie was taken to Caldwell Medical Center for treatment.
