A Benton man was arrested Thursday after a dispute with an individual over dogs that were fighting.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said deputies were summoned to Marshall County Hospital after a victim wanted to file an assault report. The victim told deputies that 42-year-old Joseph McWilliams used brass knuckles to strike the individual, which caused injury. The dispute was over dogs fighting near a home on Olive Hamlet Road.
