The Murray State Racers football team, still in search of their first win of the season, travel to Northern Iowa for a Saturday afternoon matchup in the UNI Dome.

For the first time in five weeks, the Racers (0-9, 0-5) are not facing a team in the FCS top 25 national rankings. The same fate as a Missouri Valley Conference member has befallen the Panthers (2-7, 0-5).

UNI has been searching for a winning offensive combination. Jaxon Dailey made his first start for UNI as quarterback following a transfer from Arkansas State. In their loss last week to Illinois State, Dailey recorded 142 passing yards and one touchdown but had two interceptions.

The Racers are coming off of their Homecoming loss to SIU, 27-7. Jawaun Northington rushed 16 times for 81 yards to lead the Racers. The team ran for 178 yards, their best effort of the season.

Quarterback Jim Ogle passed for 124 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

On the defensive side, Dylan Rowsey had 15 tackles to mark his seventh game in nine with 10 or more tackles. Rowsey has 111 tackles overall to lead the MVFC with 12.33 per game and has a lead of 11 over second place Kimal Clark of Indiana State at 100.

Kickoff Saturday is at 1 p.m.
