The Paducah Tennis Association and Paducah Parks & Recreation are providing Spring Tennis Sundays for kids ages 4 to 18 at the Paducah Tilghman High School Chad Gamble Tennis Courts.  These clinics are for beginner, intermediate and advanced tennis players.  They will be held Sunday afternoons from April 19 through May 31. There will not be clinics on Sunday, May 10 due to Mother’s Day and Sunday, May 24 due to Memorial Day weekend.

The beginner level, which costs $80 per player, is for players currently in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Players must be at least four years old to participate. Beginners will meet from 1 until 2 pm. The intermediate level is for current 3rd through 12th graders who are new to the sport or who are not active in summer USTA tournaments. The intermediate level, which costs $115 per player, will meet from 2:15 until 3:45 pm. The advanced level, which costs $115 per player, is for players active in summer USTA tournaments. Advanced players will play from 4 until 5:30 pm.

Registration is available at the Paducah Parks and Recreation office located at 1400 H.C. Mathis Drive, Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4:30 pm or online at www.paducahky.gov/registration. The pre-registration deadline is Thursday, April 16. Registration will be available on-site on April 19 at the PTHS Chad Gamble Tennis Courts. However, since the number of participants will be limited, pre-registration is encouraged.
