Kentucky high school football playoffs start this weekend

Pairings are set for Kentucky's high school football playoffs this week, on the trail for the state championship games to be played Dec. 6-7 at Kroger Field in Lexington. 

First round games will take place Thursday through Saturday statewide, including these western Kentucky locations:

Class A:
Ballard Memorial  at  Campbellsville 
Bethlehem  at  Russellville 

Class 2A:
Todd County Central  at  Mayfield 
Caldwell County  at Fort Campbell 
Edmonson County  at  Murray
Crittenden County at Owensboro Catholic

Class 3A:
Hopkins Central  at  Hart County
Glasgow  at  Union County

Class 4A:
Breckinridge County  at  Paducah Tilghman

Class 5A:
Greenwood  at  Graves County

Class 6A:
Warren Central  at  McCracken County
Christian County  at Central Hardin
