Kentucky citizens have until today to request an absentee voting ballot for the November general election.
Voters are eligible to receive an absentee ballot mailed to the residential address in the county in which they are registered if their completed application is received fourteen days before an election
The deadline to submit a request for mail-in ballots is tonight before midnight. Voters must meet a specific criteria to qualify for an absentee ballot.
The state of Kentucky offers three way for residents to cast their ballot for the upcoming election:
Excused In-person Absentee Voting before Election Day: October 23, 24 25, 28, 29 and 30.
In-person No Excuse Absentee Voting before Election Day: October 31 to November 2.
In-person on Election Day: November 5
