Ky. Ag Commissioner elect Shell announces staff members

Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture elect Jonathan Shell announced Thursday two senior hires - Mark Bowling as Chief of Staff and Heather Becker as General Counsel. 

Bowling and Becker will play major roles in executing the duties of the Department of Agriculture and ensuring KY farmers have the support they need.

Shell will be officially sworn into office January 1st at his home in Lancaster. A public swearing in ceremony will take place at the state Capitol on January 2nd.
