KSP Madisonville seeks possible armed suspect

Kentucky State Police at Madisonville received a call Wednesday from the Hopkins County Sheriff's Office requesting assistance in locating a suspect who fled on foot from a collision.  

Preliminary investigation reveals 45-year-old Jonathan Ray Ruby of White Plains fled from the scene after a physical altercation when deputies arrived.

Ruby is described as a white male, 6' 1", 260 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing camouflage pants, a red shirt, and a black jacket.  

He is considered armed and dangerous. Ruby currently has multiple felony warrants including: fleeing or evading police, trafficking in a controlled substance, and parole violations.
