A Clark County student has died after being hit by a vehicle while crossing a road in Winchester. 

According to LEX18, the Clark County Coroner confirmed that a 15-year-old was hit and killed crossing Veterans Memorial Parkway in Winchester. Dustin Howard, the Superintendent of Clark County Schools, said in a statement that the 15-year-old was a student at George Rogers Clark High School.

Superintendent Howard also confirmed that the vehicle involved was a Clark County school bus.
