Ag commissioner-elect Shell announces appointments

Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture-elect Jonathan Shell announced Friday that Warren Beeler has been appointed Deputy Agriculture Commissioner.

Beeler, a Grayson County farmer known statewide as "Mr. Agriculture," previously served the Bevin and Beshear administrations as their agriculture policy director.

Shell also announced that he has hired several senior team members including: Jay Hall, Executive Director of Marketing, Dana Feldman, Executive Director of the Office of Consumer and Environmental Protection and Lee McIntosh, Executive Director of the Office of Administrative Services.
