73rd Western Kentucky State Fair underway in Hopkinsville

Crowds are ahead of last year's pace after the first three days of this year's Western Kentucky State Fair.

More than 16,000 patrons filled the state fairgrounds over the weekend, and events will continue nightly through Saturday.

Tuesday night features arenacross; Wednesday the mini outlaw pulls; Thursday the farm tractor and truck pulls; closing with the Mid South truck and tractor pulls on Friday and Saturday nights.
