WKCTC ranked in top two for best associate degree colleges in Kentucky

West Kentucky Community and Technical College was recently named in the top two community colleges for associate degrees in Kentucky by University HQ.

Several programs offered at WKCTC were also listed on the organization's associate degree raking webpage as among the top occupations with the highest forecasted growth, including those preparing students for careers as a physical therapist assistant, certified nursing assistant, and diagnostic medical sonographer.

University HQ, an independent online education resource, used ten factors to determine its 2021 findings, including the cost of tuition, admission rate, graduation rate, retention rate, post-graduation salary, loan default rate, diplomas awarded, and more.

The organization compiled a list of over 4,000 colleges and universities, then ranked them among their peers to provide prospective students with an in-depth analysis of their programs, expected earnings, employment outlook, and growth prospects.
