A Paducah man was arrested with methamphetamine while parked in a cemetery in Graves County.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said that just after 2 a.m. Friday a deputy spotted the vehicle in the cemetery off KY 131 near Kaler Mill Road. While the deputy spoke with the driver, 61-year-old Alan D. Fleming of Paducah, he spotted evidence of drug use.

A search of Fleming and his vehicle uncovered methamphetamine and marijuana. There was a passenger in the vehicle, but Fleming said all of the items were his.

Fleming was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
