Two teenage girls injured in accident

Two teenagers were injured in a early Sunday morning traffic accident in the 7`00 block of Benton Road in McCracken County.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department said a vehicle occupied by 18 year olds Matanda Tidwell and Hailey Banks both of Paducah had rolled over and trapped the two girls.

Reidland-Farley Fire Department freed the two individuals by mechanical means.

Tidwell and Banks were taken to a local hospital for treatment and the investigation is continuing.
