Two sent to hospital when van overturns in Reidland

A rollover crash in Reidland sent two people to the hospital Saturday night.

McCracken County deputies responded to Said Road and Greenfield Drive to find a van on its side against a tree.

Deputies said Alaina Dowell of Paducah was driving when the van reportedly hydroplaned and left the road. Dowell and passenger John Cureau were trapped inside the vehicle.

The Reidland Farley Fire Department was able to get both Dowell and Cureau free, but they had to be taken to a local hospital for treatment.
