A Tennessee man and two teens from Paducah have been arrested in connection with the weekend shooting at a prom after-party.
Paducah police said a 16- and 17-year-old turned themselves in to detectives early Wednesday morning. Detectives said the 17-year-old is one of two people accused of shooting at each other, while the 16-year-old is accused of being a participant.
A warrant was also obtained for 20-year-old Omariyon Harper of Union City, who detectives said was the second shooter. Harper turned himself in to the Union City Police Wednesday afternoon.
Harper and the juveniles reportedly had an ongoing disagreement, which reached a peak at the W.C. Young Community Center.
Harper and the 17-year-old each face 12 counts of wanton endangerment, with another eight counts pending. Harper also faces an additional four counts of assault.
Anyone with additional information about the incident is asked to contact the Paducah Police Department at 270-444-8550.
