A traffic violation turned into a drug arrest for a Paducah man on Tuesday.
A McCracken County Sheriff's deputy stopped a car driven by 46-year-old John M. Day of Paducah after Day allegedly ran a stop sign on Old US 60.
During the stop, the deputy learned that Day was driving on a suspended license. He also reportedly had methamphetamine in his possession.
Day was arrested and charged with meth possession and traffic offenses.
