Thompson moves into new role at Paducah Chamber

A current Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce employee is stepping into a new role.

Molly Thompson will become the new Programs and Public Policy Director.  Thompson was previously Member Services Director for the Chamber. 

In this new position, Thompson will be responsible for the Chamber’s focus on workforce development initiatives, small business programming and will work closely with the business advocacy efforts including the Chamber’s annual trip to Frankfort and Washington, DC, and the Public Policy series. 

She will continue to serve as the director of the Youth LEAD program. 

Thompson joined the Chamber in 2021.
