Search of McCracken County home results in trafficking charges for pair

The search of a home on Epperson Road resulted in the arrest and drug trafficking charges for a McCracken County pair.

McCracken County Sheriff's detectives got a tip about possible drug activity at the home which had reportedly been raided during previous drug investigations.

A search warrant was served on Monday afternoon and allegedly uncovered over 50 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, fentanyl pills, smoking pipes, scales and a handgun.

The two individuals in the home, 29-year-old Christopher Reed and 43-year-old Tabitha Craig-Lipp were arrested.

Reed was charged with firearm-enhanced trafficking in meth and fentanyl, trafficking in marijuana and opiates, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Craig-Lipp was charged with complicity to trafficking in meth, fentanyl, marijuana, and opiates, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
