Tennessee woman hurt in accident on I-24 outside of Princeton

A Goodlettsville, TN woman was injured Monday in a traffic accident on I-24 in Caldwell County.

The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said the accident occurred 11 miles south of Princeton at the eastbound 57 mlle marker.  Deputies said a a deer traveled into the path of a vehicle operated by 67-year-old Stephanie L. Hensley. Hensley's vehicle struck the deer and came to rest in the median.  

Hensley was transported by relatives to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for medical treatment.
