A Tennessee man was arrested and is facing drug charges after a suspicious person complaint.
Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies were called after a man was reportedly looking into windows in Eddyville. Deputies and Eddyville Police officers were given a description of the man and his vehicle. The man, later identified as 41-year-old James Carnett of Bartlett, Tennessee, is said to have been seen in a similar situation prior to that initial report. He was spotted by an Eddyville officer and stopped. Carnett was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with possession of methamphetamine, DUI, reckless driving, and no license.
Carnett was booked into the Crittenden County Detention Center.
