Temporary lane restriction on Interstate 24 Eastbound in Trigg County starts Wednesday

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Trigg County Highway Maintenance Crew will implement a temporary lane restriction on Interstate 24 eastbound beginning Wednesday.

Traffic will be restricted to one lane on I-24 eastbound between mile markers 68 and 69 near the Trigg-Christian County Line. Crews will be working in the left (or passing) lane to repair a shoulder drop-off that has developed.

Weather permitting the lane restriction is expected to be lifted by Friday afternoon.
