Paducah Police said they were called to the shooting scene along Bronson Avenue just before 11 p.m. Officers found a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound and rendered aid until medical help arrived. The teen was taken to a local hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
Police did not name a suspect or indicate that anyone was in custody.
