Six people were arrested for drugs Monday evening by the McCracken County Sheriff's Office following a multi-agency investigation.

Detectives with the McCracken, Marshall, Calloway and Graves County Sheriff's Offices, along with the DEA, had been working together over the past week on numerous drug investigations.

Those investigations culminated in the arrest of six people at a Paducah hotel, where they allegedly seized 2.4 pounds of crystal meth and over $7,000 in suspected drug money.

Donald Duncan of Salem, Brett Nance of Murray, Billy Burns and Pamela Bettencourt of Paducah, Jeremiah Williams, and Thomas Venzera of McCracken County were all arrested. The group was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, while Nance was charged with possession of marijuana.
