Shooting investigation underway in Hickman County

An investigation is underway after a parked vehicle left overnight at Hickman County High School had bullet holes in it.

The Hickman County Sheriff's Office said in a social media post there was not a shooting at the high school nor was there danger to anyone or any situation.

The post went on to say that the car was shot by someone "way off" school property.
