School Resource Officers agreement approved for Paducah Public Schools

The Paducah Public Schools School Resource Officer agreement for the 2025-26 school year was approved by the Paducah City Commission on Tuesday night.

The one-year agreement, approved by the school board, outlined cost sharing between the school district and the city.

The school district will pay 70 percent for the cost of each certified officer, one each for Paducah Middle School and Paducah Tilghman High School.
