Deputies from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman Thursday night after receiving reports of her causing a disturbance in Salem.
Lori Kinnes, 57, was seen yelling at vehicles at the intersection of Main Street and Hayden Street. Deputies said they found her undressed and showing signs of being under the influence of an impairing substance.
After being medically cleared, she was arrested.
Kinnes faces charges including indecent exposure, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault, and terroristic threatening. She was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
