Graves County Sheriff's deputies were called about a suspicious vehicle Thursday morning, after residents in the Twin Hill Road area noticed the vehicle driving slowly through their neighborhood.
Deputies found the vehicle on KY 131, and said the driver, 34-year-old Nathan L. Nesler of Mayfield, was driving erratically and swerving. As deputies pulled Nesler pover he allegedly threw a bag out the window.
Authorities recovered the bag, which they said contained marijuana, over a pound of crystal methamphetamine and several thousand dollars in cash.
Nesler was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth and marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, DUI, and other charges.
