Princeton man arrested on charges including assault, forgery

A Princeton man was served with multiple warrants for failing to appear on assault, forgery, and other charges.

The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said that 32-year-old Eric Allen was charged with failure to appear in cases involving assault, non-payment of restitution, and failing to pay child support. Allen was also served with warrants from Caldwell County Circuit Court for 14 counts of forgery and being a persistent felony offender. There was an additional warrant out of Marshall County for a probation violation. 

Deputies arrested Allen on H. Haile Road. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail.
