A Paducah man wanted in connection to a shooting incident turned himself in over the weekend.
Last Monday, police responded to the 1200 block of South 5th Street, where the victim said she had been arguing with 54-year-old Michael Glasper of Paducah when he pointed a gun at her.
She said the two struggled when the gun went off. Glasper fled the scene and reportedly removed his ankle monitor.
Authorities said Glasper was arrested on charges of wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a felon. He also had an active warrant from the KY Department of Probation and Parole for tampering with a prisoner monitoring device.
