Planned power outage scheduled for early Sunday for portions of Marshall County

West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative has a planned power outage scheduled for early Sunday morning in parts of Marshall County.

The power outage beginning at midnight to allow TVA to install new equipment at the Benton Substation.

Impacted locations include Scale Road, Griggstown, Briensburg, areas north and south of Highway 68, Fairdealing, the Moors area, and Big Bear Highway.

Power is expected to be restored within approximately four hours.
