Leaders from Murray State University and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System have announced a partnership to enhance opportunities for KCTCS students who are seeking to earn a bachelor’s degree at Murray State.
The reaffirmed agreement provides seamless pathways for students in two-year KCTCS degree programs to transfer to Murray State’s bachelor’s degree programs. Available pathway offerings include areas such as cybersecurity and network management, agricultural science/agribusiness, nursing, manufacturing engineering technology, business administration, human services and counseling, nutrition and dietetics.
New, first-time transfer students are eligible to be awarded a scholarship when they are admitted to Murray State. The GPA- based scholarships are up to $4,000 and are awarded for three years or until a bachelor's degree is received.
