Paducah police neighborhood meetings continue next week

Paducah police continue this year's series of neighborhood meetings next week.

Officers will be at Bethel Tabernacle at 2100 Bridge Street on Tuesday at 6 PM. It's an opportunity for residents to bring questions and concerns about issues or needs in each neighborhood.

Last year police officers conducted 30 meetings over a 6-month period for dialog with residents from 49 different neighborhoods in the city.

Police say the information helps the department shape their strategies to better serve each unique area of the city.
