Paducah man injured in I-69 crash Friday

A Friday morning traffic accident in Caldwell County injured a Paducah man.

The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said around 9:45 am, deputies were dispatched to I-69 in reference to a single-vehicle rollover with possible entrapment.

Upon arrival, the vehicle was located in the southbound ditch, overturned. After further investigation, it was determined that 34-year-old Christian Biggers of Paducah, was traveling northbound when the vehicle hydroplaned causing it to travel across the median and overturn, crossing the southbound lane of travel and coming to a final rest in the southbound ditch.

Biggers was evaluated on scene by EMS and taken to a hospital, in Paducah for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
